Mabalacat, located in the province of Pampanga in Central Luzon, Philippines, is an integral part of the Clark Freeport Zone and is known as the "Northern Gateway to the Clark Economy". Yanshan County, belonging to Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the eastern part of the North China Plain, east of the Bohai Sea, south of Shandong Province, and is a node city at the junction of Hebei and Shandong.
