Reshetyevo is a town in Tver Oblast, Russia, located about 80 kilometers southeast of the oblast capital, Tver, in the Valdai Hills of the Eastern European Plain. The town is known for having an important Russian military base, Reshetyevo Air Base, which houses a strategic bomber force and is one of the core military installations of the Russian Air and Space Forces. With a population of about 12,000, Reshiwa's economy is based on military-related industries and basic services, and the town retains a typical Russian small-town look with simple facilities.
