Lvliang City is located in the western part of Shanxi Province, China, on the east bank of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, and is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Province. With a total area of 21,000 square kilometers and a population of about 3.8 million, the city has a predominantly mountainous and hilly terrain, a temperate continental climate and four distinct seasons.
Lvliang is an old revolutionary area in China, which was once an important base during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War, and has a rich red cultural heritage. The local traditional culture is profound, and folk arts such as paper-cutting and rice-planting songs are listed as intangible cultural heritage. Tong'an District is located on the southeast coast of Fujian Province, China, and is now one of the six jurisdictions of Xiamen City, located in the center of the Golden Triangle of Southern Fujian. The transportation network connects Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and Xiamen Port, which is an important part of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait.
