Luoshan County is located in the southeastern part of Henan Province, China, under Xinyang City, at the northern foot of Dabie Mountain and the southern bank of Huai River, with a total area of 2,077 square kilometers. As an important county in south Henan, Luoshan County is dominated by agriculture, producing rice, wheat and other crops, and is one of the grain production bases in Henan.
