Luoshan County is located in the southeastern part of Henan Province, China, under Xinyang City, at the northern foot of Dabie Mountain and the southern bank of Huai River, with a total area of 2,077 square kilometers. As an important county in south Henan, Luoshan County is dominated by agriculture, producing rice, wheat and other crops, and is one of the grain production bases in Henan. It has a long history and culture, with attractions such as Lingshan Temple and Hejiachong Red Tourism Area, of which Hejiachong is one of the starting points of the Red Army's Long March, and has been listed as a national patriotism education base. Luoshan is rich in natural resources, and Dongzhai National Nature Reserve is famous for the diversity of birds, known as "Bird Paradise". Muleng City is a county-level city under the administration of Mudanjiang City in Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, at the northeastern foot of the Changbai Mountain Range, and shares a border with Russia with a length of about 40 kilometers. It has a total area of 6,237 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people.
