Luoping, located in the eastern part of Yunnan Province and under the jurisdiction of Qujing City, is the hub of Yunnan-Guizhou-Guizhou combination of three provinces (regions), famous for "the world's largest natural garden". From February to March every year, 800,000 acres of rapeseed flowers bloom, and the idyllic landscape of the Jinji Peak Grove intertwines with the karst peaks and forests to form a magnificent picture of the "golden ocean", attracting tourists from all over the world. Within the territory of Jiulong Waterfalls group of waterfalls superimposed on each other, ten levels of waterfalls of different shapes, known as "China's most beautiful waterfalls"; Duoi River Buyi village simple, bamboo raft rafting, singing and dancing to show the rich ethnic characteristics. Luoping has four seasons like spring, with an average temperature of 15℃, combining natural wonders and humanistic heritage, it is an excellent destination for photography, summer vacation and folklore experience, and is known as the "Oriental Garden" and the "Hometown of Rapeseed Flowers".
Makamba is the capital of Makamba Province in the south of the Republic of Burundi, located about 160 kilometers south of the capital city of Bujumbura, adjacent to the Tanzanian border, which is an important agricultural and trade hub in the country. Located in the tropical grassland climate zone and surrounded by hilly terrain, it is rich in coffee, tea, corn and other crops, and the local economy is dominated by agriculture, with some residents engaged in cross-border trade. As the center of Makamba province, the city has basic healthcare and educational facilities, and serves as a distribution hub for goods from the surrounding area. Despite its relatively weak infrastructure, its unique geographical location and agricultural potential make it a key player in the development of southern Burundi.
