Luoping, located in the eastern part of Yunnan Province and under the jurisdiction of Qujing City, is the hub of Yunnan-Guizhou-Guizhou combination of three provinces (regions), famous for "the world's largest natural garden". From February to March every year, 800,000 acres of rapeseed flowers bloom, and the idyllic landscape of the Jinji Peak Grove intertwines with the karst peaks and forests to form a magnificent picture of the "golden ocean", attracting tourists from all over the world. Within the territory of Jiulong Waterfalls group of waterfalls superimposed on each other, ten levels of waterfalls of different shapes, known as "China's most beautiful waterfalls"; Duoi River Buyi village simple, bamboo raft rafting, singing and dancing to show the rich ethnic characteristics. Luoping has four seasons like spring, with an average temperature of 15℃, combining natural wonders and humanistic heritage, it is an excellent destination for photography, summer vacation and folklore experience, and is known as the "Oriental Garden" and the "Hometown of Rapeseed Flowers".
Located in the northern region of Cameroon, Figuil is situated in the border zone between Adamawa Province and North Province, close to the Nigerian border, and is one of the important agro-pastoral distribution centers in northern Cameroon. The climate here is tropical grassland, divided into two distinct dry and wet seasons throughout the year, with precipitation concentrated in May-October, which is suitable for planting cotton, millet, peanuts and other crops, and animal husbandry is dominated by cattle and sheep breeding. The local population is mostly Fulani and Bamirek, and traditional handicrafts and market trade are active, retaining a strong Sahelian cultural identity. Despite its relatively simple infrastructure, Figier has become one of the windows for exploring northern Cameroon, thanks to its unique geographical location and the simplicity of its people.
