Luoping, located in the eastern part of Yunnan Province and under the jurisdiction of Qujing City, is the hub of Yunnan-Guizhou-Guizhou combination of three provinces (regions), famous for "the world's largest natural garden". From February to March every year, 800,000 acres of rapeseed flowers bloom, and the idyllic landscape of the Jinji Peak Grove intertwines with the karst peaks and forests to form a magnificent picture of the "golden ocean", attracting tourists from all over the world.
