Luoning County is located in the west of Luoyang City, Henan Province, in the hinterland of the western mountainous region of Henan Province, in the middle reaches of the Luo River, with the Yellow River in the north and the FuNiu Mountains in the south, and has been an important node of the "Ancient Road of Bannu" since ancient times. It belonged to the State of Guo in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and was set up as Bancheng County in the Eastern Han Dynasty, which changed its name several times, and was named Luoning in the Jin Dynasty, taking the meaning of "peace in Luoshui". Simao, the main city of Pu'er, Yunnan Province, is located in the southwest Yunnan border area, is the largest oasis on the Tropic of Cancer, known as "China Tea City" and "Pearl of the Green Sea".
