Henan Luoning: An Ecological Pearl among the Mountains and Waters of West Henan Province
Luoning County is located in the west of Luoyang City, Henan Province, in the hinterland of the western mountainous region of Henan Province, in the middle reaches of the Luo River, with the Yellow River in the north and the FuNiu Mountains in the south, and has been an important node of the "Ancient Road of Bannu" since ancient times.
