Luolong District is the core urban area of Luoyang City, Henan Province, China, strategically located in the Central Plains Economic Zone and is the political, economic and cultural center of Luoyang City. With a total area of about 240 square kilometers and a population of about 700,000, the district is known for its blend of modern urban style and deep historical heritage.
As the hinterland of Luoyang, the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty, Luolong District is home to important cultural heritages such as the ruins of Sui and Tang Dynasty Luoyang City and the Ding Ding Gate Museum. The Longmen Grottoes (a World Heritage Site) in the area are only a few kilometers away, witnessing the pinnacle of Buddhist art and stone carving techniques in ancient China.
Luolong District is now the core carrying area of Luoyang Free Trade Zone, focusing on high-end equipment manufacturing, information technology, modern service industry and other industries. It has innovative platforms such as the Luoyang Big Data Industrial Park and the Zhongyuan Wisdom Port, and the high-speed railway Longmen Station and several highways form the transportation hub of the Central Plains.

Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy.
