Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong". It is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong". The Changgangpo Ferry Trough in the county is known as the "Red Flag Canal of the South", which is a model of modern water conservancy engineering; Luoding has abundant products such as rice and cinnamon, and has deep agricultural roots. As an important node of the Maritime Silk Road, Luoding integrates the diverse cultures of Guangfu, Hakka and Lingnan, and retains a rich human heritage of ancient villages and ancestral halls. Located in the northeastern part of China's Hubei Province, Xiaonan District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Xiaogan City, which is situated in the transition zone between the Jianghan Plain and the low hills of Northeast Hubei. Xiaonan District is 50 kilometers away from Wuhan Tianhe Airport, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Han-Xi High Speed Railway, 107 National Highway and other transportation routes running through the whole territory, forming a convenient transportation circle of "half an hour to Wuhan, 2 hours to the neighboring provincial capitals", and it is an important hub connecting Wuhan City Circle and the northwestern region of Hubei Province.
