Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong". Long Thành, Vietnam is a district under the jurisdiction of Đồng Nai province in southern Vietnam, located about 50 kilometers northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, in the heart of the southern economic zone of Vietnam.
