Located in the northern part of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County is an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Hechi City. With the Mulao people as the main ethnic group, the region has a rich ethnic culture and historical heritage. Located in the mountainous area of northern Gui, Luocheng has a mild climate and rich natural resources, and agriculture and eco-tourism are important pillars of the local economy.
Lucheng attracts tourists with its unique ethnic customs and natural landscapes, such as Jianjiang Scenic Area, Huaiqun Tianmen Mountain and Mulao Museum. Local traditional festivals, such as the Yi Rice Festival and the Walking Slope Festival, showcase the songs, dances, costumes and food culture of the Mulao ethnic group. Lucheng is also famous for its wild Mao wine and specialty snacks.
As an ethnic minority region in China, Lucheng continues to develop in rural revitalization and ecological conservation, while retaining its simple folkways. Transportation is mainly by road, connecting to neighboring cities such as Liuzhou and Hechi, making it suitable for travelers on cultural explorations and nature trips.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.

The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
