Luannan County is located in the eastern part of Hebei Province, south of Tang City, on the coast of the Bohai Bay, Luan River, Steep River downstream, is an important node of the Bohai Economic Circle and the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan metropolitan area. The county has a total area of 1,270 square kilometers, with 17 towns and a population of about 570,000 people. Luannan has a long history and deep cultural heritage, and is one of the birthplaces of traditional arts such as commentary opera and shadow play. Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong".
