Located in the city of Luang Namtha, the capital of Luang Namtha Province in northern Laos, Nam Lang Stupa is an important Buddhist cultural and historical landmark in the region. A sacred site of Hinayana Buddhism in Laos, the stupa was built during the ancient Lanna Kingdom and blends Laotian and Northern Thai architectural styles, attracting visitors with its golden spires and tranquil courtyards. Surrounded by lush mountains and ethnic minority villages, Nam Luang Pagoda is not only a center for religious activities, but also reflects Laos' multicultural blend.
Located on the border of Laos with Myanmar and Thailand, Luang Namtha Province is famous for its eco-tourism and trekking routes. The Nam Luang Pagoda serves as a symbol of the city, where visitors can experience traditional Buddhist ceremonies and explore the nearby Nam Ha River National Reserve. With a mild climate for year-round visits, the area is a low-key tourist treasure in Laos.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
