Located in the southeastern part of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, Luancheng is a county-level administrative region on the North China Plain, under the jurisdiction of Shijiazhuang City. With a long history dating back to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods, the region was once an important dependency of the ancient state of Zhao and boasts a rich cultural heritage, such as ancient architecture and traditional folklore.
Located in the central part of Hebei Province, Luancheng has a temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, and its agriculture is dominated by grain crops such as wheat and corn. In recent years, industrial development has been rapid, covering manufacturing, food processing and new energy industries, with steady economic growth.
Luancheng is conveniently located close to downtown Shijiazhuang, with highways and railroads connecting it to major cities such as Beijing and Tianjin. Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state.
