Rongzi County belongs to Shannan City of the Tibet Autonomous Region, located in the northern foothills of the Himalayas, is one of the important border counties in Tibet, with an average altitude of about 3,900 meters. It has a magnificent landscape of the Longzi River Valley, where snow-capped mountains, grasslands and lakes are intertwined, giving rise to rich biodiversity, and where rare species such as black-necked cranes and snow leopards reside. As an important inheritance of Tibetan culture, Longzi retains unique Tibetan folklore, traditional handicrafts and religious culture, and the annual "Wang Guo Festival" is full of rich local characteristics. The local barley cultivation, animal husbandry and eco-tourism are the economic pillars of the area, and the pure natural environment and simple folk customs make it an ideal place to experience the original ecological landscape of Tibet and the border flavor.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
