Longwen District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, established in 1997 as the political, economic and cultural center of Zhangzhou City. The district is located in the eastern part of Zhangzhou City, in the lower alluvial plain of the Jiulong River, with a total area of 126 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people. Longwen District has convenient transportation, with Zhangzhou Station (a high-speed railway station) located here, connecting it to major cities such as Xiamen and Fuzhou.

Muleng City is a county-level city under the administration of Mudanjiang City in Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, at the northeastern foot of the Changbai Mountain Range, and shares a border with Russia with a length of about 40 kilometers.
