Lixin County, belonging to Bozhou City in Anhui Province, is located in the hinterland of the North Anhui Plain, in the south of the Huaibei Plain, and is an important agricultural county in Anhui Province. Since the county was founded in 1965, Lixin, relying on fertile land and mild climate, has formed a wheat, corn, soybean-based planting industry, as well as traditional Chinese medicines, animal husbandry and other characteristics of the agricultural industry, known as the "grain silo of northern Anhui". The Eddy River and the West Interfax River run through the territory of the water system, providing convenience for agricultural irrigation. In recent years, Lixin actively promote rural revitalization, the development of deep processing of agricultural products, while relying on Bozhou "medicine capital" location advantages, extending the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters. The economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, and the surrounding areas are rich in millet, sorghum and livestock. Diffa, as a regional trade center, undertakes the function of cross-border trade with neighboring countries, such as Nigeria, and is especially famous for the trade of livestock, agricultural products and handicrafts.
