Ningxia Litong District, located in the central part of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is a municipal district of Wuzhong City, located in the Yellow River alluvial plain, known as "South of the River on the Seas". With convenient irrigation and well-developed agriculture, the district produces high-quality agricultural products such as wolfberries, rice, melons and fruits, and is especially famous as the "Hometown of Chinese wolfberries".
