Linnei Township is located in the eastern part of Yunlin County, Taiwan Province of China, bordered by Douliu City in the west and Zhushan Township in Nantou County in the east, making it one of the most important townships in central Taiwan. The township is named "Linnei", which originated from the phonetic translation of "Dawu County Society" of the Pingpu tribe in the early days, and has a deep historical background. Linnei Township has convenient transportation, with the Longitudinal Railway and Taiwan Highway No. 3 running through the entire territory, making it an important node connecting the north and south of Taiwan. The local industry is based on agriculture, producing agricultural products such as rice and tea, and the gas appliance manufacturing industry is also quite distinctive, as it is the birthplace of the "Linné" brand. As a part of Taiwan's Yunlin County, Linnei Township has always maintained close cultural and economic ties with the motherland, and is an important link in cross-strait exchanges.
It should be noted that there is no city in the U.S. state of Arizona with the name "Aztec," which actually refers to the city of Aztec in northwestern New Mexico. This San Juan County town is adjacent to Colorado and is known for the well-preserved ruins of the Pueblo civilization. Its centerpiece, Aztec Ruins National Monument, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and contains sandstone complexes built by Native Americans from the 12th to 13th centuries, such as the famous "Sun Pool" and "Moon Temple". These sandstone structures, such as the famous "Sun Pool" and "Moon Temple", demonstrate the architectural ingenuity of the ancient Anasazi people. The local economy is based on agriculture (alfalfa, corn) and tourism, attracting tens of thousands of history buffs each year. With a population of about 5,000, the community has a peaceful atmosphere for exploring Southwestern Native American culture.
