Linhe is the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Bayannur City, the political, economic and cultural center, located in the rich Hetao Plain hinterland, the Yellow River, "a few" at the top of the bend, known as "South of the River" reputation. Moatize is an important city in the western Mozambique province of Tete, located in the Zambezi River Basin, about 180 kilometers from the provincial capital, Tete. As the heart of Mozambique's major coal-producing region, Moatize is well known for its rich mineral resources, with high quality coking coal reserves in particular occupying an important position in the country's energy economy.
The city has become a key node in the global supply of coking coal through the Moatize Coal Project, which has attracted investment from a number of international energy companies. In addition to coal, agriculture and animal husbandry are important local industries.
