Located in the southeastern part of China's Shanxi Province, Lingshuan County is part of Jincheng City and is situated at the southern end of the Taihang Mountains, with a total area of about 1,751 square kilometers. The county is predominantly mountainous and hilly, rich in natural resources, with high forest coverage and famous scenic spots such as Wangmangling and Huangwei Mountain, making it an important node for tourism in the Taihang Mountains.
