The Republic of the Marshall Islands is an island nation located in the central Pacific Ocean, consisting of 29 coral atolls and 5 small islands spread over approximately 2 million square kilometers of ocean, with the capital city of Majuro as the political and economic center. The country's official languages are English and Marshallese, the U.S. dollar is commonly used, and the economy is based on fishing, foreign aid, and a small amount of tourism. Bikini Atoll, a historical site of World War II and nuclear testing, is now known as a diving and eco-tourism destination with its crystal clear lagoons and abundant marine life. The Marshall Islands is culturally unique, with traditional seafaring techniques and coral reef architecture demonstrating the local people's reverence for nature, making it a hidden Pacific destination for its tropical flavor and pristine ecology, despite its decentralized nature.
Situated in the northern part of the Sichuan Basin and the upper reaches of the Jialing River, Lizhou District is the political, economic and cultural center of Guangyuan City, known as the "Gateway to North Sichuan". Located at the southern foot of Qinba Mountain Range, Lizhou integrates the Shu Road culture and landscape aura, both with Huangze Temple (China's only Wuzetian sacrificial temple), Thousand Buddha Cliffs and other historical relics, witnessing the millennium of the Queen's hometown of the cultural lineage; but also situated on the White Dragon Lake, Fenghuangshan Mountain and other natural landscapes, with a high rate of forest coverage and significant ecological advantages. As an important node of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle and Guanzhong Plain City Cluster, Lizhou has convenient transportation, with the Xicheng High Speed Railway, Lanzhou-Yuzhou Railway and Jingkun Expressway running through the whole territory, which is a hub connecting the southwest and northwest. In recent years, Leizhou, relying on cultural and tourism integration and green industry, is accelerating to build a modern urban area suitable for living, working and traveling, and has become a bright pearl in the north of Sichuan.
