Lianshui County is located in the northern part of Jiangsu Province, China, belonging to Huai'an Municipality and situated in the lower plain of the Huai River, with a total area of 1,676 square kilometers and a population of about 900,000 people. As an area with a long history, Lianshui County has been established for more than 2,000 years since the Western Han Dynasty, and is famous for its red culture such as the "Battle of Lianshui".
