Le Port, an important port city on the northwest coast of the island of Réunion in the southwestern Indian Ocean, is the second largest administrative center of the French overseas department of Réunion, and is both an economic hub and a tourist destination. With its backdrop of steep mountains facing the turquoise Indian Ocean, the city is surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes such as the Black River Gorge and waterfalls, making it a popular destination for hiking, scuba diving and water sports. As Réunion's main port, Le Port, which serves both cargo and passenger functions, combines French colonial flavor with the multiculturalism of African and Asian immigrants, and the streets offer Creole cuisine and a unique island vibe. Its favorable climate and rich landscape make it an ideal gateway to discover the natural and human charms of Réunion.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
