Located in Qingxiu District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, Park East is the Central Business District (CBD) and the political, economic and cultural core of Nanning City. As Guangxi's window to ASEAN, Park East is home to many district-level party and government organizations, financial institutions, and the headquarters of multinational enterprises, and boasts modern landmarks such as Diwang Tower and Wanxiang City, with a strong commercial and business atmosphere. In the area, ecological resources such as Qingxiu Mountain and Nanhu Park are intertwined with the city buildings, forming a unique landscape of "half of the city is full of green trees and half of the city is full of buildings". Convenient transportation, covered by subway and expressway network, connected to Nanning East Railway Station and other transportation hubs, is the "main engine" of Nanning's urban development and an important display area of the image of the international city.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
