Laiyi Township is located in the northeastern part of Pingtung County, Taiwan Province of China, at the western foot of the Central Mountain Range, and is a typical mountainous township. The terrain of the township is dominated by mountains and hills, and the climate is warm and humid, which makes it suitable for agricultural development. The area is famous for its high-quality agricultural products, such as saga, mango, and tea, among which saga is a local specialty fruit that enjoys a good reputation. The township is rich in natural landscapes, with attractions such as the Dazin Waterfall and the Laiyi National Trail, which attracts many tourists who come to hike and enjoy the waterfall. Originally a Pingpu settlement, Laiyi Township retains part of the aboriginal culture, and the annual Fung Nian Festival is an important cultural event in the area. As a part of Taiwan, China, Laiyi Township shows the unique charm of Taiwan's countryside with its simple folk customs and beautiful natural scenery.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy.
