Kuiwen District is the center of Weifang City, Shandong Province, founded in 1994, named after the building "Kuiwenmen" in the Qing Dynasty. With a total area of about 187 square kilometers and a resident population of about 500,000, the district is the political, economic and cultural core area of Weifang.
It is located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, with convenient transportation, Jiaoji Railway and Ji-Qing Expressway running through the whole area. The economy is dominated by modern service industry, with well-developed financial, commercial and logistics industries, and has Weifang Central Business District and High-tech Industrial Park.
The city has a rich cultural heritage, preserving historical sites such as Kueiwen Gate and Shikwuyuan, and is also known as the "Kite Capital of the World", hosting the International Kite Festival every year. With rich educational and medical resources and perfect living facilities, it is a modern city that is suitable for living and working.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
