Khozakala is a small city in western Turkmenistan, situated on the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea, about 50 kilometers from the city of Turkmenbashi, and is one of the country's important coastal towns. As the gateway to the Caspian Sea coast, Khozakala's economy is based on fishing and port trade, and it has a well-developed fishery processing industry that produces unique Caspian Sea fish, such as sturgeon and herring. In addition, the area around the city is rich in oil and gas resources, and energy extraction and transportation also contribute to the vitality of the local economy. With its typical Caspian Sea climate, hot and dry summers and mild winters with little snow, Khozakala's traditional architecture and modern facilities are intertwined in a unique cultural landscape of Turkmenistan. Despite its small size, it plays an important role in regional transportation and energy logistics.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
