Keshan County is located in the western part of China's Heilongjiang Province, under Qiqihar City, and is situated in the transition zone between the Songnen Plain and the Xiaoxingan Mountains. With a total area of about 3,320 square kilometers and a population of about 500,000, it is predominantly Han Chinese and contains a number of ethnic groups such as Manchu and Hui.
Keshan County, with its flat terrain and fertile soil, has a temperate continental monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons, cold and dry winters, and warm and rainy summers. The average annual temperature is about 2-4°C, and the annual precipitation is 500-600 millimeters, which is suitable for agricultural development.
Keshan County, with agriculture as its leading industry, produces soybeans, corn, wheat and other crops, and is an important commercial grain base in Heilongjiang Province. Industry is dominated by agricultural product processing, machinery manufacturing and building materials, and natural resources include black soil, forests and mineral resources.
Keshan County is rich in culture, with local opera and folk traditions. Transportation is convenient, with a network of highways and railroads connecting to neighboring cities, and Qiqihar is about 100 kilometers away, facilitating regional economic exchanges.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
