Located in the northern part of Liaoning Province, China, Kangping County is part of Shenyang City, situated in the Liaohe River Basin and adjacent to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, making it an important ecological barrier and agricultural base in Liaoning. It has a total area of about 2,175 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people. The county is dominated by plains, with a temperate continental climate and four distinct seasons, producing crops such as corn and rice, and a well-developed animal husbandry industry.
Kangping is rich in natural resources and history and culture. Wolong Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Liaoning Province, has been listed as a national wetland park and has great potential for ecotourism. The economy is dominated by agriculture and agricultural product processing, with new energy and light industry gradually developed in recent years. The transportation is convenient, only 100 kilometers away from Shenyang, G25 Changshen Expressway passes through the whole territory.
As part of the Shenyang Economic Zone, Kangping is promoting rural revitalization and industrial upgrading, featuring both ecological protection and sustainable development, making it a promising county economy in northern Liaoning.
Sibi is a historic city in the Balochistan province of Pakistan, located in the northeastern part of the province, about 160 kilometers from the capital city of Quetta. The city is situated in the Sibi Basin, surrounded by arid hills and has a hot and dry climate, with summer temperatures often exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. Historically an important center of the Khanate of Qalat, Sibi is known for its traditional handicrafts and agriculture, with crops such as dates and grains being produced in the region.

The city has a rich cultural heritage, including ancient forts and mosques that reflect the unique traditions of the Baloch nation. Sibi is also one of the educational hubs of Balochistan with several colleges and technical schools. Although infrastructure is still being developed, the city is gradually connecting to major economic zones through transportation networks and attracting investments to boost regional growth.
