Kaifeng, anciently known as Bianliang and Tokyo, is located in the eastern part of Henan Province and is one of the first batch of historical and cultural cities named by the State Council. As one of the eight ancient capitals of China, Kaifeng has the reputation of "five phoenix buildings in Qishu Mingxia, and a state of emperors and kings since ancient times". Wei during the Warring States period, Houliang, Houjin, Houhan and Houzhou during the Five Dynasties period, and the Northern Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty were all capitals of Kaifeng, and the Bianjing during the Northern Song Dynasty was the most prosperous, and it was the biggest city in the world at that time. The Qingming Riverside Drawing vividly depicts the grand scene of Bianjing, which was the largest city in the world at that time. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters. The economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, and the surrounding areas are rich in millet, sorghum and livestock. Diffa, as a regional trade center, undertakes the function of cross-border trade with neighboring countries, such as Nigeria, and is especially famous for the trade of livestock, agricultural products and handicrafts.
