Kaifeng, anciently known as Bianliang and Tokyo, is located in the eastern part of Henan Province and is one of the first batch of historical and cultural cities named by the State Council. As one of the eight ancient capitals of China, Kaifeng has the reputation of "five phoenix buildings in Qishu Mingxia, and a state of emperors and kings since ancient times". Wei during the Warring States period, Houliang, Houjin, Houhan and Houzhou during the Five Dynasties period, and the Northern Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty were all capitals of Kaifeng, and the Bianjing during the Northern Song Dynasty was the most prosperous, and it was the biggest city in the world at that time. The Qingming Riverside Drawing vividly depicts the grand scene of Bianjing, which was the largest city in the world at that time. Nowadays, Kaifeng has preserved many historical relics such as Qingming Shangheyuan, Kaifeng Mansion, Daxiangguo Temple and Iron Pagoda, etc. The Chrysanthemum Cultural Festival is held every year, which continues the thousand-year cultural lineage of "Bianjing is rich and beautiful and there is nothing like it in the whole world", and it is an ancient capital city that perfectly integrates heavy history and vivid fireworks.
