Located in the western canton of Vaud, on the northern shore of Lake Geneva, near Montreux and Vevey, Yens is a typical quiet town in the Lake Geneva Region. Here, the lake and the mountains reflect each other, the Alpine scenery and lakeside idylls are intertwined, and there are four distinct seasons: green and lush in spring, and maple leaves like fire in autumn. The town retains the simplicity of a traditional Swiss village, with a friendly community and mostly French-speaking residents. Agriculture and light industry are the mainstays of the town, and it is easily accessible to neighboring tourist attractions such as the Montreux Jazz Festival. As the "backyard" of the Lake Geneva Region, Jungswihr is known for its livability and slow pace of life, making it an ideal place to experience the natural and cultural charms of Switzerland.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
