Jizhou is a district under the jurisdiction of Hengshui City in Hebei Province, China. Located in the south-central part of Hebei Province, on the North China Plain, Jizhou boasts a long history and rich cultural heritage. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger.
