Jinta County is located in the north of Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, in the middle of the Hexi Corridor, on the edge of the Badanjilin Desert, and was an important post on the northern route of the ancient Silk Road. The unique blend of desert and oasis here has given birth to the magnificent Jinta poplar forests, and in October every year, the golden poplar forests and the blue sky, desert and Gobi constitute an "oil painting of autumn colors", attracting countless tourists. Scattered in the territory of the Han Dynasty Great Wall beacon flints, shoulder water Golden Pass ruins and other historical relics, telling the ancient Silk Road once prosperous.
