Located in Jinzhou and Pulandian Districts of Dalian City, Liaoning Jinpu New Area is a state-level new area approved by the State Council in 2014, and the only state-level new area in the Northeast region. As the core area of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt, Jinpu New Area is strategically positioned as "one place, one pole and three centers" - Northeast Asia International Shipping Center, International Logistics Center, Regional Financial Center, Modern Industry Gathering Area and New Frontier of Northeast China's Opening Up. Relying on Dalian Port, Dayaowan Port and other deep-water ports, it has formed advantageous industrial clusters such as equipment manufacturing, integrated circuits, biomedicine, port, shipping and logistics, etc. Meanwhile, superimposed on the Pilot Free Trade Zone, Comprehensive Free Trade Zone and other open policies, it has become an important gateway for foreign enterprises to invest in the Northeast. The new zone is committed to building a modern new city that is pleasant to live and work in, and through institutional innovation and industrial upgrading, it will continue to deepen economic and trade cooperation with Japan, South Korea, Russia and other Northeast Asian countries, and promote the comprehensive revitalization and all-round revitalization of Liaoning.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
