Jinhu County, belonging to Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the center of Jiangsu Province, downstream of the Huaihe River, and is known as the hometown of Emperor Yao and the capital of lotus flowers, due to the ancient name of Jinhu and the reputation of Jinhu on the west bank of Gaoyou Lake. It is known as "the hometown of Emperor Yao" and "the capital of lotus". It has a dense water network, with Gaoyou Lake, Baima Lake and other waters, producing lotus root, lobster, river crab and other high-quality aquatic products, is "China's lotus root hometown" "China's lake crab hometown".
