Jingde County is located in the south of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, at the northern foot of Huangshan Mountain, in the hinterland of southern Anhui Province, and has been known as "Jingshan Shande" since ancient times. It was founded in 763, the second year of Baoying of the Tang Dynasty, with a history of more than 1,200 years since then.
