Jinfeng District is one of the municipal districts of Yinchuan City, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Located in the hinterland of the Yinchuan Plain, with the Yellow River passing through the district, Jinfeng District is known as the "City of Lakes on the Plateau". As the administrative center of Yinchuan, it gathers party and government organs of the autonomous region and Yinchuan, and is an important node of regional politics, economy and culture. Jinfeng District has a mixture of natural and humanistic landscapes, with the Read Sea National Wetland Park, Mingcui Lake and other wetland ecological resources, which is an important station for migratory birds; at the same time, it combines the diverse characteristics of the Hui culture, Xixia culture and carries a deep historical heritage. In recent years, Jinfeng District, relying on its location advantages, has been vigorously developing modern service industry and high-tech industry, and its urban construction is changing day by day, which not only retains the flavor of the ancient city on the Plateau, but also shows the vitality of the modern metropolis, making it one of the regions with the most potential for development in Ningxia.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
