Located in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Jimushar County is situated at the northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains and the southeastern edge of the Junggar Basin, and was an important hub of the Northern Route of the Ancient Silk Road. It has the world cultural heritage site of Beiting Imperial City, which was once the seat of Beiting Capital in Tang Dynasty, witnessing the glorious history of multi-ethnic intermingling. The natural scenery in the county is exquisite, with Tianshan Mountains and snowy peaks, grasslands and wetlands and Gobi Desert contrasting with each other, giving rise to unique ecological and humanistic landscapes. As a multi-ethnic settlement, Jimushar has integrated the cultures and folklore of Han, Hui and Kazakh, and is characterized by traditional festivals, handicrafts and delicacies. Nowadays, relying on its historical heritage and ecological resources, Jimushar is creating a new business card for the integrated development of culture and tourism, and has become a must-visit place for exploring the civilization of the Silk Road and experiencing the flavors of the Western Regions.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
