Jidong belongs to Jixi City of Heilongjiang Province, located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province, the remaining veins of the Wanda Mountain Laoya Mountain, bordering Mishan City in the east, and bordering Russia's Primorsky Krai in the south, it is one of the important nodes of opening up to Russia in Heilongjiang Province.
