Located on the banks of the Nyanchu River, a tributary of the Yarlung Tsangpo River in Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region, Gyantse County is an important historical and cultural city in southern Tibet, known as the "City of Heroes". It is famous for its heroic defense of Gyangtse against the British army in 1904, and the Dzongsan anti-British site still stands today, witnessing the unyielding spirit of the Tibetan people. Gyangtse is also an important inheritance place of Tibetan Buddhism culture, Baiju Monastery integrates the styles of Sakya, Kagyu and other sects, and the 100,000 stupas in the monastery (Begenquoden) are unique in shape, which is regarded as the "King of Tibetan Towers". In addition, jangzi card pads, jangzi Tibetan opera and other intangible cultural heritage is renowned at home and abroad, held every year, Dama Festival (Horse Racing Festival) is a set of religion, culture, folklore in one of the grand activities, attracting tourists from all directions. This small city surrounded by snowy mountains has become a bright pearl on the Tibetan plateau with its rich history and vivid culture.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
