Jiangyin is located in the southern part of Jiangsu Province, China. It is an important city in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and is under the jurisdiction of Wuxi City. Located on the south bank of the Yangtze River, it has rich port resources and a well-developed land and water transportation network, and is known as the "Gateway to the Yangtze River and the Sea" and the "Strong Manufacturing City". Jiangyin has a strong economy, dominated by textile, machinery and new energy industries, and is one of the top 100 counties (cities) in China.
Jiangyin has a long history and deep cultural heritage, and is the hometown of Xu Xiake, a famous traveler in the Ming Dynasty. The city has preserved many historical sites, such as the Huangshan Fortress and Xingguo Pagoda, while focusing on modern cultural development, blending tradition and innovation. The local area is characterized by its Jiangnan water town style and Wu culture, which attracts many tourists to experience.
Jiangyin has become an important industrial and logistics center in Jiangsu Province, thanks to the golden waterway of the Yangtze River and its excellent geographical location. The city is known for its well-developed private economy, with a number of listed companies and high-tech enterprises. In addition, Jiangyin focuses on ecological construction, with its riverside scenic belt and green parks demonstrating its sustainable development philosophy.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims.
