Jiangyan District is located in central Jiangsu Province, Taizhou City District, located in the hinterland of the Lizhi River Plain, the core of the Yangtze River Delta, since ancient times for the countryside of fish and rice. Here has a long history, the ancient name "Taizhou Dongxiang", deep cultural heritage, is a national intangible cultural heritage "Qintong will boat festival" origin, every year at the time of the Qingming Festival, ten thousand people gathered in Qinhu, thousands of boats racing spectacle known as folklore wonders.
