São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Zizhou County is located in the north of China's Shaanxi Province, under Yulin City, in the hinterland of the Loess Plateau, a typical old revolutionary area in northern Shaanxi. Named in honor of the revolutionary martyr Li Zizhou, the county is rich in red cultural resources, including old revolutionary sites and historical memorial sites. Zizhou belongs to the temperate continental season, and its agriculture is dominated by millet, miscellaneous grains and apple cultivation, while harboring mineral resources such as coal. Local specialties such as Zizhou 馃 stuffing and the traditional art of paper-cutting demonstrate the unique folklore of northern Shaanxi. Transportation is mainly by highway, connecting neighboring cities such as Yulin and Yan'an, with a population of about 300,000, and with agriculture and resource industries as the economic pillars.
