São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Located in the south of Liaoning Province, on the east coast of Liaodong Bay on the Bohai Sea, the Zhanqian District of Yingkou is the core city of Yingkou and the center of politics, economy and culture. As one of the earliest port cities in Northeast China, Zhanqian District carries the historical heritage of Yingkou's century-long commercial port, and the old neighborhoods in the district have retained their old buildings from the late Qing Dynasty and early Republican era, which bear witness to the prosperity of the "Oriental Trade Port" in the past. Significant location advantages, adjacent to the port of Yingkou (Mackerel Harbor), is connected to the northeast hinterland and the Bohai Economic Circle, an important transportation hub, the Shenhai high-speed railroad, Hada high-speed railroad through the territory, logistics and trade industry is developed. In recent years, relying on the platform of "Yingkou Coastal Industrial Base", Zhanqian District actively develops modern service industry and new industries, forming an industrial system mainly based on trade and logistics, culture and tourism, and high-end equipment manufacturing, and becoming a vibrant node on the Liaoning coastal economic belt, with both historical flavor and modern urban charm.
