São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
Yingshang County is located in the northwestern part of Anhui Province in China, belonging to Fuyang City, at the confluence of Huaihe River and Yinghe River, with a total area of 1989 square kilometers and a population of about 1.78 million. It is the hometown of Guan Zhong and Bao Shuya during the Spring and Autumn Period, with a rich history and culture, and is known as the "Water Town of Northern Anhui".
Yingshang is famous for its Bali River Scenic Area, which is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, combining wetland ecology and water conservancy engineering landscape. Digou Ecological Park and Wuli Lake Wetland Park show the characteristics of the water network of the Huabei Plain, while the Guanbao Ancestral Temple and Youjia Garden and other monuments carry a thousand years of humanistic memories.
As a large agricultural county, Yingshang produces high-quality grain crops and develops coal industry and eco-tourism at the same time. In recent years, it has actively promoted the integration of urban and rural areas, and has been recognized as one of China's ecological demonstration zones, featuring both traditional cultural preservation and modern sustainable development.
